I inspect the house before it goes on the market so you're not finding out about the roof or the panel halfway through a sale. Fix what you want to fix, price around the rest, and hand buyers a report instead of scrambling when theirs comes back. Deals fall apart over inspection surprises more than over price.
You'll usually have the report the same day — the findings, the photos, and what I'd deal with first. Call or email once you've read it and we'll go through anything that isn't clear.
