In a condo the strata looks after the building; you look after everything inside your door. So that's where I focus — the wiring and plumbing in the unit, the heating and ventilation, the appliances, the windows, and anywhere water might be getting in. Roof and exterior aren't part of it unless you have a top-floor or ground-floor unit that touches them.
You'll usually have the report the same day — the findings, the photos, and what I'd deal with first. Call or email once you've read it and we'll go through anything that isn't clear.
