This is home base. Guildford, Newton, Cloverdale, South Surrey, Fleetwood — I know the housing stock, from the '80s stucco boxes to the new Grandview builds. Most weeks I'm somewhere in Surrey.
Book a Surrey InspectionNorth Delta, Ladner, Tsawwassen. Older Ladner and Tsawwassen homes near the water are worth a close look at drainage and crawl spaces, and I spend the time there.
Book a Delta InspectionBoth the City and the Township — Willoughby, Walnut Grove, Brookswood, Murrayville. A lot of newer townhouses and detached homes out here, plus some acreage.
Book a Langley InspectionHouses, condos, and townhouses across the city. Character homes and older East Van stock have their quirks — knob-and-tube leftovers, old boilers, additions done without permits — and I check for them.
Book a Vancouver InspectionBeing close to the ocean, corrosion, moisture, and older roofs come up more often here. Detached homes and condos both.
Book a White Rock InspectionLow and flat, so grading, sump pumps, and crawl space moisture get extra attention. Houses, townhouses, and condos across the city.
Book a Richmond InspectionBrentwood, Metrotown, South Burnaby. Mix of post-war houses and newer towers and townhomes — I adjust the inspection to whatever you're buying.
Book a Burnaby InspectionCoquitlam and Port Moody, homes of every vintage. Hillside lots mean I'm paying attention to retaining walls, drainage, and any movement in the foundation.
Book a Coquitlam InspectionNew Westminster, Port Coquitlam, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Abbotsford, and points in between — I get out that way regularly. Send me the address and I'll tell you if it's a drive I can make.
